As a practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine, I get to listen and bear witness. The art of holding space is a critical aspect of this long-standing medical system. Whether in person or online, I enjoy meeting folx where they’re at, offering support that is focused on the totality of their experience, at the core of what matters most.
Self-care and wellness require exquisite practice. One of the ways we can engage with the themes that this moment presents is through personal work. Whether you already have an established self-care practice, or you are struggling to make time for yourself, I invite you to join me for LOAM Self-Care Coaching, a program designed to provide support, guidance, and helpful tools along your journey.
This program includes:
- 1 on 1 coaching based on Chinese medicine self-care & wellness modalities (conducted via phone or Skype)
- Facilitation through a collaborative plan of care
- Personalized home practice work
- Guided meditations
- Acupressure routines
- Journal prompts each week
- Food therapy recommendations and intuitive eating guidance
- 4 weeks + 2 free follow-up sessions (6 weeks total), 1 hour each session
Upon purchasing your session, an email will be sent with an intake form, coaching agreement, and a welcome packet. Your 2 free follow-up sessions can be scheduled anytime within a year after the initial 4 week program.
Each month there is space for 3 new clients. The calendar opens up on the 1st and 15th of every month, depending on current client load. Coaching sessions are conducted via phone or Skype. Clients in Lima-Allen county may be able to arrange in-person meetings at my acupuncture clinic downtown, pending availability.
