Whether you are working on-site or at home, I hope you are well and safe. It has been strange being away from the clinic, though this is only the first official week of our temporary closing. I have a feeling we will be in this phase for quite some time; much longer than the two-week period that has been touted as each state rolls out their own version of “shelter in place.” We are being called to move inward for the safety and health of others. And the fact is that we have broken open. Our individual and collective grief is now something more precious than we could have imagined.
As spring continues to take root, we are also being reminded that the world is always changing — not just in moments of upheaval. Change is constant, but it doesn’t mean there are less ways of being and becoming. In fact, the more practiced we are at keeping our heart and mind open through the shift, the better we become at recognizing divinely-timed opportunities. If we are doing this right, the sense of normalcy that we once knew will be transformed, revealing new paths and points of access.
With this, I am excited to share that we now have a comprehensive telehealth service program at LOAM Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine! After researching several platforms, I decided on Doxy.me, which is HIPPA compliant and mobile friendly, with real-time messaging. Appointments are open to new and existing patients on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10AM-2PM. Each session will provide an essential at-home treatment plan including personalized acupressure and mind-body routines, as well as herbal and dietary therapy consultation. Follow up sessions will be adjusted in order to support you and your current needs. You can learn more about each of these services on the booking page, HERE. There are also packages available!
If you have any questions about the virtual sessions, please feel free to reach out to info@loamacupuncture or call 234-759-1259.
I am so grateful for your presence, and I look forward to connecting and building community with you in new ways.
