Breathwork

Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.” —Thich Nhat Hanh

From time immemorial, our ancestors have evoked the power of the breath through daily practice, traditional rituals, and ceremonies to transmit culture, healing wisdom, and ecological knowledge.

Current research highlights the benefits breathing and meditative practices have on a psycho-emotional and psycho-physiological level. In particular, slowed breathing can change the inflammatory response and activate the innate immune system function. This response equates to feelings of comfort, relaxation, and vigor.

I currently offer breathwork and meditation guidance through 1:1 and group sessions.

Initial: $130 | Follow-up: $80 | Group: Rates start at $350. Special consideration is given to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ organizations. Please direct inquiries here.
